👜 Orders & Shipping

When will I receive my order?

  • If the item is in stock, we ship within 2–4 business days.

  • If the item is a preorder or backorder, the estimated delivery date is clearly noted on the product page (e.g., June or July 2025). You’ll receive a tracking link once it ships. 

What is a preorder or backorder?

  • It means the item was temporarily sold out, but you can reserve it ahead of the next production run. Payment is processed upon ordering, and we’ll ship as soon as the stock arrives.

When exactly will the bags restock?

  • Miss Aurora: the week of June 23, 2025
  • Miss Cleopâtra: the week of June 23, 2025
  • Miss Xena: the week of July 28, 2025
  • Miss Blair: the week of July 28, 2025
  • Miss Coco: the week of July 28, 2025

Can I cancel or change my preorder?

  • Yes, if not shipped yet! Just reach out to us at info@missirismtl.com, and we’ll handle it promptly.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

  • We ship with a lot of different carriers depending on the address (except Canada Post).

Do you offer express shipping?

  • Yes. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

What’s your return policy?

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please check our full return policy.

Can I return a gift?

  • Yes. You’ll just need the order number and email of the person who purchased it. We’ll offer a refund or exchange based on your needs.

When is my card charged?

  • Your payment is processed at the time of purchase, including for preorders. This ensures your spot in our production run.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

  • We occasionally share exclusive promotions with our community—like bonus gift cards or thank-you discounts.

  • Our pricing reflects quality craftsmanship and ethical production, while remaining accessible.

Do you offer gift cards?

  • Yes! Digital gift cards are available and make perfect presents. Delivered by email with instructions for use.

Are your bags made of real leather?

  • No. All our bags are made from high-quality vegan leather  — stylish, durable, and cruelty-free.

Where are your bags made?

  • All bags are designed in Montreal, and ethically manufactured abroad in Asia to meet our high standards of quality and social responsibility, but most importantly, accessibility.

How do I care for my Missiris bag?

  • Simply wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. To preserve its shape, avoid overfilling. For more tips, check our “Care Guide” section.

Who’s behind Missiris?

  • Missiris Montréal was founded by Aïsha Temfack, a CPA, mom of 2, and Montreal-based entrepreneur. After a breakout appearance on Dans l’œil du dragon and a feature in La Presse, Missiris quickly became one of Quebec’s most exciting vegan bag brands.

What makes Missiris different?

  • A balance of fanciness, practicality, quality and affordability. Very few other brands can mix these 4 criterion like we do! We design bags that make women feel special every day, while staying mindful of our values.
