Orders & Shipping

When will I receive my order?

If the item is in stock, we ship within 2–4 business days. For pre-orders or restocks, the estimated delivery date is clearly displayed on the product page (e.g.: June or July 2025). You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

What is a pre-order or restock?

It means the item is temporarily sold out, but you can reserve it for the next production batch. Payment is processed at checkout, and we ship as soon as stock is available.

Can I cancel or modify my pre-order?

Yes, as long as the item hasn’t shipped. Simply email us at info@missirismtl.com and we’ll take care of it quickly.

Which carriers do you use?

We work with a selection of reliable carriers depending on the destination (except Canada Post).

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. Estimated rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! International shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout. Depending on the country, customs duties or import taxes may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

 What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. See our full policy for details.

Can I return a gift?

Yes. All you need is the order number and the buyer’s email address. We’ll issue a refund or exchange depending on your needs.

Are return fees covered?

For now, return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility (except in cases of defective products).

What if my bag is defective or damaged?

We maintain high quality standards. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — either a replacement or a full refund.

When is my card charged?

Payment is processed at checkout, including for pre-orders. This guarantees your spot in the current production batch.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes, occasionally. We share exclusive promotions with our community — bonus gift cards, thank-you discounts, and more. Our prices reflect a balance of quality craftsmanship, ethical production, and accessibility.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Our digital gift cards make the perfect present. They’re sent by email with simple instructions on how to redeem them.

Can I combine multiple promotions on one order?

No, only one promo code can be applied per order.

Are your bags made of genuine leather?

No. All of our bags are crafted from high-quality vegan leather — stylish, durable, and cruelty-free.

Where are your bags made?

All designs are created in Montreal, then ethically produced in Asia under high standards of quality and social responsibility, while keeping prices accessible.

How do I care for my Missiris bag?

A soft, slightly damp cloth is all you need to clean it. To preserve its shape, avoid overfilling. Each bag comes with a protective dust bag. For more advice, see our Care Guide.

Are the bags water-resistant?

Our vegan leather is water-resistant for everyday use. However, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to rain.

Do you offer a repair service?

Not at the moment. However, our team can guide you toward reliable local solutions — just send us a message.

Who's behind Missiris?

 Missiris Montreal was founded by Aïsha Temfack, a CPA graduate from HEC Montreal, author, mother of two daughters, and fashion enthusiast originally from Cameroon. She moved to Quebec over 20 years ago and created Missiris with the ambition to offer women bags that combine luxury, practicality, and accessibility. After a remarkable appearance on Dans l’œil du dragon (the Quebec version of Dragon’s Den) and a feature in La Presse, Missiris quickly established itself as one of the most promising handbag brands in Quebec.
