We offer different shipping options to meet your needs. Fees and delivery times vary depending on your shipping address and the option chosen.

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days. Fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 to 3 business days. Additional fees apply, calculated at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders over $200 before taxes.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 10 business days. Fees are calculated at checkout.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 6 business days. Additional fees apply, calculated at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders over $125 before taxes.

International (other countries)

  • Delivery times and fees vary significantly depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Please note: Customs duties and import taxes may apply upon receipt of your package. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees paid to Missiris. We recommend checking your country’s customs policies.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package in real time.

Delivery Issues

  • Lost or delayed packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please contact us at info@missirismtl.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your order.
  • Damaged packages: If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of the packaging and item upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@missirismtl.com.

Important Information

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of your order. Missiris cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Warranty Policy

At Missiris, we create handbags that accompany you with elegance and practicality in your busy daily life. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. That’s why we offer a warranty on every product, giving you peace of mind.

Our Quality Commitment

We offer a limited warranty of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, upon presentation of valid proof of purchase. This warranty applies once per item and covers manufacturing defects only.

Examples of covered defects include:

  • Faulty stitching.
  • Zippers that dot not function properly.
  • Buckles or fastenings that break due to a manufacturing defect.

Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear from everyday use (e.g., patina of the material, slight discoloration, friction).
  • Snags, scuffs, or scratches on the material or hardware.
  • Accidental damage (e.g., cuts, burns, tears, stains, excessive exposure to water or heat).
  • Color transfer (e.g., dye from clothing onto the bag or vice versa).
  • Deformation caused by overloading or improper storage.
  • Improper care or product alteration.
  • Damage caused by misuse or use not intended for the bag.

Care Tips for Your Missiris Bag

Our bags are designed to be your everyday allies. To maximize their lifespan and preserve their chic look:

  • Do not overload your bag. We recommend not exceeding 3 pounds (approx. 1.3 kg) for handbags and 5 pounds (approx. 2.3 kg) for backpacks, to maintain shape and seam integrity.
  • Store your bag in its protective dust bag when not in use.
  • Clean it gently according to our care instructions (soft cloth slightly dampened).

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Please email us at info@missirismtl.com with:

  • Your name and contact details.
  • Your order number or a photo of your proof of purchase (required).
  • A clear description of the defect.
  • Photos or a short video showing the defect.

Claim period for initial defects: If you notice a defect upon receiving your product, please contact us by email at info@missirismtl.com within 14 days of the purchase date.

Our Resolution Process

After reviewing your claim, Missiris reserves the right to:

  • Offer a product repair.
  • Proceed with an exchange for an identical item.
  • Provide compensation in the form of store credit or partial refund if repair or exchange is not possible.

If the item to be exchanged is out of stock, we may offer another product of equivalent value.

Missiris reserves the right to refuse warranty application if the reason for the claim is deemed non-compliant with this policy, or in cases of disrespectful communication.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want every bag you choose to bring you joy and practicality in your daily life. If, for any reason, your purchase is not a perfect fit, we are here to help.

General Conditions for Exchange and Refund

We accept exchanges and refunds within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unused.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging (dust bag, box, etc.).
  • Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase (invoice, order number).

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item does not meet these conditions.

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange your item for a different color, size, or style:

  1. Initiate your exchange directly through this link . Be sure to have your order number and the item details ready.
  2. Approval: Our team will verify the availability of the new item and provide return instructions.
  3. Return Shipping: Send back the item in its original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  4. New Shipment: Once the item is received and inspected, we will ship the new item to you at no additional cost.

Refund Process

If you would like a refund:

  1. Initiate your return directly through this link . Be sure to have your order number and the item details ready.
  2. Approval: Our team will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Return Shipping: Send back the item in its original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  4. Refund Processing: Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. The refunded amount will correspond to the purchase price of the item, including taxes, but excluding the original shipping fees (if applicable).

Special Cases

  • Sale or final promotion items: Items purchased on sale or during special promotions are final sale and not eligible for refunds, but may qualify for an exchange or store credit depending on the specific promotion conditions. Please check the details of the offer at the time of purchase.
  • Gift Cards: Missiris gift cards are non-refundable.

Return & Exchange Fees

  • Return shipping costs (for both exchanges and refunds) are the responsibility of the customer.
