Zero tolerance for violence and harassment

We do not tolerate violence, threats, intimidation or harassment toward our team. We may immediately end an interaction, block the communication channel involved and, where warranted, report the conduct to the authorities. Our team is not required to continue an abusive interaction. Any request concerning an order, return or warranty must then be handled through a secure method we specify, through a representative if necessary. These protective measures do not remove mandatory legal rights or remedies.
