PROCESSING
Once you place your order, please allow us 2-3 business days for us to prepare your order. If your order includes one or more pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are available to ship.
SHIPPING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. All our orders are shipped from the suburbs of Montreal.
Because we have no control over the shipping logistics, we cannot guarantee the delivery dates but here are the usual shipping delays:
- Canada and USA: Delivered within 2-7 business days from the shipping day
- Europe: Delivered within 7-15 business days from the shipping day
By making a purchase with us, you agree that MISSIRIS will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages that may happen during transit. If you experience any problems during transit, please contact the shipper immediately.
Please note that MISSIRIS is not responsible for delivery to a wrong address. It’s the client responsibility to make sure the address provided at checkout is correct and complete.
CANCELLATIONS
We may be able to cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped.
Please e-mail info@missirismtl.com as soon as possible to confirm we can cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are not able to cancel it as the order is already on its way to you. You may always return it once you receive it.
RETURNS
You may return items for a refund or an exchange. Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for items not received. Please ensure any international duties are paid for prior to shipping or parcel will be declined.

Items must be in their original packaging and dust bag and still have all the tags and the protective packaging materials inside. Do not write on the box, do not damage the box and do not stick any delivery note directly on the box, put your box in a delivery bag.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of the return. If the return is approved, we will refund the original payment for the approved amount within 7 business days.
Please note that all discount sales are FINAL. No return, refund, cancellation allowed. Thank you.
CUSTOMS
USA: All customs, duties and taxes are included in your shipping cost.
International: There may be duties or taxes upon arrival into your country based on where you live. If you require more information on what duties and taxes may be due upon delivery, please contact your local customs office. If a customer refuses to pay for the legal duties and taxes due, MISSIRIS is not responsible for the potential repercussions with the postal service.
